James was finally able to bid this property in June. He was out bidded by another buyer, but that person's loan was not going to cover the repairs on the property. Before James could resubmit his bid, the property was pulled because the previous selling contract expired.
James' realtor flagged the property and as soon as it went back on the market, he put in James' bid. The bid was accepted by and he is now waiting for the loan to be finalized.
Now he has to go thru the inspection process and find out how many repairs have to be done. The back door to the property is missing a lock and people have been in there vandaling it, spray painting, breaking items, putting holes in the walls, etc.
This is the property he has been waiting for, so hopefully in the next few months we will be in our new home.
