The swimming pool needs to be filled and the air conditioner need to be repaired because the unit is making a clicking noise. There has been no determination as to who will do the repairs. James' 203 loan will cover the repairs, but the bank holding the note has to fill the pool with water or the loan will not be approved.
The house is in due diligence, but no word on when it will go into escrow.
