The Loan Officer is still trying to get James a low interest rate.
The inspector is still out of town. When he gets back he has to reinspect the pool, air conditioner, and gas lines.
The appliances have been abused (especially the stove), so James has been looking for vintage appliances. He found a wood burning stove he would like to put on the patio and use is as an outdoor stove/grill. I think it's a great idea and better looking than the traditional BBQ pits.
Hopefully in the next few weeks we will hear somthing new.
Until next time.
